Four years late, after letting the Bush war criminals skate and promoting many of them in his own administration, Barack Obama seems to have pushed past the limits of the professional media class: he spied on THEM.

The American Douchebag Society (ADS)?  An ADS acting chairperson was not pleased:

“Or how former Democratic Rep. President Barack Obama“Am I really worse than Nixon?  Seriously?”

One post below I posted a link to representatives to demand a stop to Justice Dept. (sic) spying on journalists.

Another organization sent me a similar petition / letter. This one is directed to… who else?  Eric Holder, the Attorney General, the man responsible for the crime.

Progressives don’t get it.

They never did.

They are being misled from above to do inconsequential, meaningless symbolic acts that make their followers feel good and maintain the system exactly as it is.  That is why they won’t support 3rd parties to challenge the criminal two-party duopoly.

It may seem I’m extrapolating a lot from one letter, but it’s simply the last straw, the blatant red flag that makes the whole charade too nauseating to stomach today.

You don’t change the Mafia by writing letters to Al Capone.

Are progressives stupid?

Serious question.

Dear Attorney General Eric Holder:

Your officials are reportedly monitoring journalists’ phone records. You’re supposed to protect journalists’ rights, not trample on them. You must stop this attack on press freedom.

Problem is that this is the same criminal organization that a few months ago they were demanding we re-elect into office.  This is the same criminal clique that for four years should have been impeached for many, many violations of the constitution.   Of course actually removing these people, investigating their crimes against the American people and locking them up cannot be spoken.  So they write pointless letters amounting to: ‘Please stop committing crimes; you’re making us feel bad.

Douche bags.

According to an excerpt from the 2012 FBI Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide:

…[I]f the contents of an unopened message are kept beyond six months or stored on behalf of the customer after the e-mail has been received or opened, it should be treated the same as a business record in the hands of a third party, such as an accountant or attorney. In that case, the government may subpoena the records from the third party without running afoul of either the Fourth or Fifth Amendment.”

Presidential Oath of Office:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

Well it sure didn’t take long for the fascists who finance the government and its lackeys to finally burn the Constitution beyond recognition. With Barack and Eric selectively breaking and enforcing laws, and rewriting the rules of the game daily, when will people start using the “I” word?

That’s not ITunes, by the way, generation zombie.

“President Obama has utterly failed the first test of his second term, even before inauguration day,” American Civil Liberties Union Executive Director Anthony Romero said in a statement. “His signature means indefinite detention without charge or trial, as well as the illegal military commissions, will be extended.” Obama signs NDAA

America-in-Distress

The executive and legislative branches have declared war on the US Constitution.  The passage of “indefinite detention” without charge or trial should lead to immediate impeachment for violating their oaths of office to “defend the Constitution”.  Every clown who voted in violation of the Constitution for detaining American citizens without due process is now a criminal, under the US Constitution itself.  This is the end of America as we know it.

Need I remind anyone that the obligation to defend the Constitution is from all enemies, both foreign and domestic?

“In November, the ACLU and other organizations sent a letter to President Obama urging him to veto the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) if it impedes the closing of Guantánamo Bay prison by extending restrictions on transferring detainees from the facility. The current transfer restrictions are due to expire on March 27, 2013, but the pending NDAA bills in Congress would extend them until September 30, 2013. The letter tells the president that if the restrictions are extended, “the prospects for Guantánamo being closed during your presidency will be severely diminished, if not gone altogether.” You can read the full letter here.On December 31, 2011, President Obama signed the 2012 NDAA, codifying indefinite military detention without charge or trial into law for the first time in American history. The NDAA’s dangerous detention provisions would authorize the president — and all future presidents — to order the military to pick up and indefinitely imprison people captured anywhere in the world, far from any battlefield. The ACLU will fight worldwide detention authority wherever we can, be it in court, in Congress, or internationally.Under the Bush administration, similar claims of worldwide detention authority were used to hold even a U.S. citizen detained on U.S. soil in military custody, and many in Congress now assert that the NDAA should be used in the same way again. The ACLU believes that any military detention of American citizens or others within the United States is unconstitutional and illegal, including under the NDAA. In addition, the breadth of the NDAA’s detention authority violates international law because it is not limited to people captured in the context of an actual armed conflict as required by the laws of war.”

Impeach Obama 2012

This is an Alex Jones production, whom I have a lot of disagreements with. In this case, Jones should have acknowledged the need to impeach and arrest the Congressmen who enable these crimes and vote for them. Congress is no savior of America, obviously, and most of the problem. This appears to be genuine in its message and sincerity, and of course Infowars was attacking Bush and Obama without respite all along. Still, some Obamaphiles will say it’s an election cycle smear to benefit Mitt Romney.

In truth, we need to rise up and oppose both parties. I’d sooner vote for Rocky Anderson or the Green Party candidate than any of these imperial monsters.

One nitpick on the video — Obama actually DID benefit some mortgage payers by having banks write down interest rates for five years, with the HAMP program. So that is clearly inaccurate. Not to excuse Obama’s long list of impeachable offensives, but let’s get the facts straight, Alex.
