US law aimed at financial fraud makes deleting browser history a crime punishable by 20yrs in jail

Thank Dubya for this bit of Constitution burning, but of course it’s Obama’s Justice (sic) Department that’s twisting the law to criminalize just about everything.

Prosecutors are clutching to one section of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which details severe penalties for“destroying, mutilating, concealing, falsifying records, documents, or tangible objects” with intent to impede or stall a federal investigation.

Apparently if you ever visited a foreign website or communicated with a foreigner, that’s enough for them to open up your life to low-level mercenary contractor “analysts” for spying.  Or if you communicated with someone else who visited a foreign website, or communicated with a foreigner — again, enough so-called “justification” for spying on your for the rest of your life.  This is the criminal surveillance state, and Edward Snowden’s revelations expose more and more of this criminal conspiracy.  This is treason against the American people, waging a cyber war against them, and a gross, deliberate assault on the Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

A Batavia High School teacher’s fans are rallying to support him as he faces possible discipline for advising students of their Constitutional rights before taking a school survey on their behavior.

…But John Dryden said he’s not the point. He wants people to focus on the issue he raised: Whether school officials considered that students could incriminate themselves with their answers to the survey that included questions about drug and alcohol use.

Dryden, a social studies teacher, told some of his students April 18 that they had a 5th Amendment right to not incriminate themselves by answering questions on the survey, which had each student’s name printed on it.
