Assange in Court

Before I get on to the blatant lack of fair process, the first thing I must note was Julian’s condition. I was badly shocked by just how much weight my friend has lost, by the speed his hair has receded and by the appearance of premature and vastly accelerated ageing. He has a pronounced limp I have never seen before. Since his arrest he has lost over 15 kg in weight. But his physical appearance was not as shocking as his mental deterioration. When asked to give his name and date of birth, he struggled visibly over several seconds to recall both.

If he professes his love for Big Brother, will they let him go? It’s the ending of 1984.

The charge against Julian is very specific; conspiring with Chelsea Manning to publish the Iraq War logs, the Afghanistan war logs and the State Department cables. The charges are nothing to do with Sweden, nothing to do with sex, and nothing to do with the 2016 US election; a simple clarification the mainstream media appears incapable of understanding.

SECRET TERRORISM WATCHLIST FOUND UNCONSTITUTIONAL IN HISTORIC DECISION
All Eyes on the Watchlist

In a historic repudiation of a cornerstone of the post-9/11 global war on terror, a federal judge ruled that the U.S. government’s secretive terrorism watchlist is unconstitutional. Known as the Terrorist Screening Database, the watchlist included roughly 1.2 million people as of 2017, including about 4,600 U.S. citizens or green card holders, many of whom were subjected to arrests at gunpoint and hourslong interrogations.

The judge’s decision repeatedly cites a secret rulebook published by The Intercept in 2014 that detailed how an individual can be “nominated” to the watchlist as a “known or suspected terrorist” without any evidence that the person is actually a terrorist or has committed any crime.

Unsealed flight logs show that Trump was on Epstein’s private jet in 1997

Shit hitting the fan: court now has evidence Trump flew on Epstein’s “Lolita Express.” If this was a MOSSAD entrapment operation, and it’s looking more and more like it was, then Trump may be on the hook to do Israel’s bidding. That could mean a war to kill a billion people.

“DNC attorneys assert that the party has every right to favor one candidate or another, despite their party rules that state otherwise…”

NOTHING HAS CHANGED. THIS WAS 2017 IN COURT.

DNC to Court: We Are a Private Corporation With No Obligation to Follow Our Rules

“The court would have to basically tell the party that it couldn’t change [the neutrality rule], even though it’s a discretionary rule that it didn’t need to adopt to begin with.” – DNC attorney Bruce Spiva

“The party could have favored a candidate. I’ll put it that way. Maybe that’s a better way of answering your Honor’s original question. Even if it were true, that’s the business of the party, and it’s not justiciable.” – DNC attorney Bruce Spiva

“[I]f you had a charity where somebody said, Hey, I’m gonna take this money and use it for a specific purpose, X, and they pocketed it and stole the money, of course that’s different. But here, where you have a party that’s saying, We’re gonna, you know, choose our standard bearer, and we’re gonna follow these general rules of the road, which we are voluntarily deciding, we could have — and we could have voluntarily decided that, Look, we’re gonna go into back rooms like they used to and smoke cigars and pick the candidate that way. That’s not the way it was done. But they could have. And that would have also been their right, and it would drag the Court well into party politics, internal party politics to answer those questions.” – DNC attorney Bruce Spiva

Suing the government for access to 9/11 evidence. This could be big.
