For several years, fake, foundation-funded “progressive” media (propaganda) have been trying to shame people into shutting up about the unsolved murder of Seth Rich. Rich worked at the DNC, where those Hillary Clinton emails originated.

You should know that Rich’s name first surfaced when Julian Assange personally mentioned him in interviews, implying that he was connected to the release of sensitive documents from the DNC. No one has ever disproven this. Period.

 

Judge Amos Mazzant of U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ruled Wednesday that the $57 million suit brought by Ed Butowsky makes plausible claims that the network may be liable for defamation for a series of online stories about Butowsky’s role in publicizing assertions that the murdered DNC staffer, Seth Rich, may have been involved in leaking Democratic emails.

NPR argued that many of the claims in its reports, like assertions that Fox’s reporting on the Rich murder was “baseless” and “fake news,” amounted to opinion and not the kind of factual claims that can be the basis for a libel suit.

“The statements made by Folkenflik were made as verifiable statements of fact,” the judge wrote. “The statements at issue were not merely expressing a subjective view. Looking at the context of the verifiable facts, nothing shows the statements expressed Folkenflik’s opinion or merely offer Folkenflik’s personal perspective on disputed facts.”

Craig Murray, who delivered the documents, said that there was an intermediary, someone else involved in the transfer. What if that intermediary was Rich’s BROTHER?

The family could be trying to protect the brother from a similar fate by claiming Seth had nothing to do with political motivations for his killing. That would explain much. If you’re going to trust someone in a crime of this magnitude, you probably only trust family.

Rich appears elsewhere in Brazile’s book, as the Post reported earlier in the weekend. She wrote that Rich’s murder haunted her and that she’d installed surveillance cameras at her home and would keep the blinds in her office window closed so she could not be seen by snipers, according to the Post.

Brazile talked about Rich on ABC News’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos on Sunday. She told the host about her critics: “They don’t know what it was like to be over the DNC during this hacking. They don’t know what it’s like to bury a child. I did: Seth Rich.”

WikiLeaksemails from John Podesta, Hillary Clinton‘s campaign chair, have confirmed nearly every criticism of the Clinton Foundation, debunking the claim that it is solely a philanthropic endeavor run by the Clintons.

Jeff Stein, a writer at the generally pro-Clinton Vox, rescinded previous claims he made that the Clinton Foundation wasn’t used to personally enrich the family’s wealth after WikiLeaks released an email revealing Chelsea Clinton used the foundation to direct investors to her husband’s hedge fund and treated Clinton Foundation funds as a personal bank account.

“His raising money for his own fund hasn’t been going well and he has cvc making some calls for him to get mtgs with some clinton people,” Teneo president Doug Band, who has some close ties with the foundation, wrote in a January 2012 email to Podesta and other Clinton staff. “Marc has invited several potential investors and a few current business ones to the poker night. I assume all are contributing to the foundation, which of course isn’t the point. What is the point is that he is doing precisely what he accused me of doing as the entire plan of his has been to use this for his business which he is.”

Previously-released emails have revealed a pay-to-play exchange between the government of Morocco and then-Secretary of State Clinton. Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk used his prolific donations to the Clinton Foundation to solicit political favors.

“There is enough clarity for The Economist in an October 1 article (“Bill and Hillary Inc.”) to report that only 68 percent of the funds flowing through the foundation go to programs—the work,” wrote Patrick Moynihan, a Catholic Deacon, president of the Haitian Project, and a prominent critic of the Clinton Foundation, for the Providence Journal. “That 68 percent is deplorably lower than the 80 percent minimum threshold for respectable nonprofits.”
