SECRET TERRORISM WATCHLIST FOUND UNCONSTITUTIONAL IN HISTORIC DECISION
All Eyes on the Watchlist

In a historic repudiation of a cornerstone of the post-9/11 global war on terror, a federal judge ruled that the U.S. government’s secretive terrorism watchlist is unconstitutional. Known as the Terrorist Screening Database, the watchlist included roughly 1.2 million people as of 2017, including about 4,600 U.S. citizens or green card holders, many of whom were subjected to arrests at gunpoint and hourslong interrogations.

The judge’s decision repeatedly cites a secret rulebook published by The Intercept in 2014 that detailed how an individual can be “nominated” to the watchlist as a “known or suspected terrorist” without any evidence that the person is actually a terrorist or has committed any crime.

The system is thoroughly rigged. Epstein’s “Lolita Express” flights included passengers BILL CLINTON as well as DONALD TRUMP...

Federal prosecutors broke law in Jeffrey Epstein case, judge rules

“The government aligned themselves with Epstein, working against his victims, for 11 years,’’ Edwards said. “Yes, this is a huge victory, but to make his victims suffer for 11 years, this should not have happened. Instead of admitting what they did, and doing the right thing, they spent 11 years fighting these girls.’’

Wow. Just wow. CIA has torturers translating for detainees to ensure that they say nothing damaging (to US and Saudi Al Qaeda sponsors). This is beyond the point of ridiculousness.

Unpaid Interns Win Major Ruling in ‘Black Swan’ Case — Now What?

Judge William H. Pauley III ruled that Fox Searchlight Pictures violated U.S. and New York minimum wage laws by not paying two production interns for work done on the set of the movie “Black Swan.”

Keystone XL Protester Faces 1 year in Jail For Speakinghttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XthAezqn738

Treasonous JUDGES are cooperating with corporations to silence dissenters.  The First Amendment guarantee of free speech is being systematically eroded in the service of increasing corporate power and profit.  This Keystone XL case is a sign of increased crackdown on environmentalists, who are the targets of increased legal penalties for opposing the fossil fuel industry.  The corruption of government is now outlawing free speech by those who seek to stop dangerous, dirty tar sands pipelines and watershed-polluting fracking operations.
