Life-Altering Copyright Lawsuits Could Come to Regular Internet Users Under a New Law Moving in the Senate
This bill creates a situation where Internet users could easily be on the hook for multiple $5,000 copyright infringement judgments without many of the traditional legal safeguards or rights of appeal our justice system provides.

Are there no real patriots alive anymore? No one who actually gives a fuck who attacks America with impunity?
Saudis gave the U.S. $360b in deals. Now they want Trump to rescind 9/11 lawsuit law.
But when there’s money… #911conspiracy
Posted: April 15, 2017 in -Tags: 911attacks, insurerers, lawsuits, Saudi Arabia
Reuters reports the plaintiffs are more than two dozen US insurers.
I guess we can talk about it after all.
Saudi banks, bin Laden companies sued by US insurers over 9/11 terror attacks
The defendants are the Al Rajhi Bank, National Commercial Bank, aviation contractor Dallah Avco, the Mohamed Binladin Co, the Muslim World League and others.
They are accused of having “aided and abetted” terror by doing a variety of “activities in support of Al-Qaeda” in the years before the attacks.
It is not, and it cannot, have been solely Saudi Arabia, people. Get real. Who covered it up since 2001? It’s fucking 2017.

Sen. Graham: 9/11 Press Conference (New)
Posted: August 31, 2016 in -Tags: 28 pages, 9/11 attacks, CSPAN, evidence, financing, JASTA, lawsuits, press conference, Saudi Arabia, Senator Bob Graham, treason
“The unanswered questions still remain unanswered.”
-Senator Bob Graham
PS
Some observations:
- Graham avoids much, including Pakistani involvement, focusing exclusively on Saudi Arabia. No mention of the longtime Pak connections, the money transfers and the sacking of General Mahmud Ahmad after FBI discovered his links to Atta.
- No mention that the cover-up is itself TREASONOUS “Aid and Comfort” and that alone should be enough to arrest US high officials who obstruct justice.
- No mention of Richard Clarke and the CIA’s hiding of hijackers inside the US for over a year. The CIA’s role in allowing the attacks to succeed is the glaring red flag in all of this, dwarfing everything else.
- Of course he avoids building forensics, Israeli front company Urban Moving Systems and dozens–if not hundreds–of warnings prior to the event.

Hundreds allege Donald Trump doesn’t pay his bills
Petty thug owes thousands of people money.
Donald Trump often portrays himself as a savior of the working class who will “protect your job.” But a USA TODAY NETWORK analysis found he has been involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits over the past three decades — and a large number of those involve ordinary Americans, like the Friels, who say Trump or his companies have refused to pay them.

Fracking Victim Sued by Frackers
Note the part about the EPA being called off and backpedaling. The actual science is being tossed aside to please the fracking industry, and individual homeowners are now openly poisoned and attacked in the courts. Business as usual.

These geniuses are the same ones demanding that even dumber cretins in congress fuck up the Internet for everybody … TorrentFreak: Movie Studios Ask Google To Censor Their Own Films, Facebook and Wikipedia
-
On behalf of Lionsgate a DMCA notice was sent to Google, asking the search engine to remove links to infringing copies of the movie “Cabin in the Woods”. The notice in question only lists two dozen URLs, but still manages to include perfectly legal copies of the film on Amazon, iTunes, Blockbuster and Xfinity.
-
20th Century Fox sent in a DMCA notice to protect the movie “Prometheus”. However, as collateral damage it also took down a link to a legal copy on Verizon on demand, the collection of the Prometheus Watch Company, and a Huffington Post article.
-
And what about a DMCA takedown request for the Wikipedia entry of “Family Guy” that is supposedly infringing?
-
Perhaps even more crazy is another request sent on behalf of 20th Century Fox for “How I Met Your Mother”. The DMCA notice lists a CBS URL as the official source of the copyrighted material, but the same URL later appears in the list of infringing links.
UPDATE
The plot thickens? The legal firm sending the notices may itself be a fraud.
Update: Yesitis.org now points to a parked page. Yet another sign that these notices may be fraudulent, and not authorized by the copyright holders at all. If that’s indeed the case it remains unclear what the purpose of these notices is. It would show how easily these DMCA notices can be abused.
But, I’m not going to let the studios slide so easily if this front is a hoax — the Yes Men in action??? It is called “Yes it is” after all…
