PBS Newshour interviews the Mayor of Konotop, Artem Semenikhin, presenting him as a hero for killing Russian invaders. However, despite his Zoom blur effect, you can clearly still see that behind him is a portrait of Nazi leader and Holocaust perpetrator Stepan Bandera.
“…helped to launch a pogrom that killed four thousand Lvov Jews in a few days, using weapons ranging from guns to metal poles. “We will lay your heads at Hitler’s feet,” a Banderist pamphlet proclaimed to Ukrainian Jews.”

There’s absolutely nothing new about this at all. I was reading similar media critiques in the 90s. US media is criminally corrupt, and it is the main cause of imperial atrocities around the world. They are all justified with lies.

It says that Iraqi government and US-led coalition forces “relied heavily upon explosive weapons with wide area effects such as IRAMs (Improvised Rocket Assisted Munitions). With their crude targeting abilities, these weapons wreaked havoc in densely populated west Mosul, where large groups of civilians were trapped in homes or makeshift shelters”.

Despite their supposed commitment to “democracy” and self-determination in Syria, the media outlets that support the regime-change narrative promoted by foreign governments have conveniently omitted these facts from their coverage. For instance, Al Jazeera, funded by the Daesh (ISIS) and rebel-supporting Qatari government, refused to even mention the fact that the victims were Muslim Shiites, as well as omitting the fact that the attack occurred in al-Qaeda territory – even going so far as to imply that the attack was perpetrated by the Syrian government
The BBC, funded by the pro-Syrian opposition British government, also insinuated that Assad’s forces were to blame for the attack, even claiming that the attack “would not be in the rebels’ interest” despite the fact that extremist Syrian rebels have been calling for the massacre of all Muslim Shiites in Syria for years and that even the U.S. government has admitted that anti-Assad groups, particularly Daesh, are committing acts of genocide against those of different faiths.
In addition, most mainstream media coverage – from CNN to the Huffington Post – has concluded that there was “no evidence” that rebels were involved in the attack or that no one could be blamed as “no group had claimed responsibility.”
Congress continues to sleep while the new Administration escalates an illegal war in #Syria with an attack on a mosque in Jinah, killing at least 46 innocent civilians.
A Pentagon spokesman said the attack was directed at a community hall in Aleppo province, where Al-Queda was supposed to be meeting. The Syrian government reclaimed control of Aleppo from ISIS/Al Queda months ago.
This is an illegal war. The Administration has no legal nor Constitutional authority to attack Syria. Syria has not declared war on the US. It has neither the intention nor the capability of attacking the US. There is no imminent threat from Syria. Congress, according to the Constitution, Article I, Section 8, has the sole authority to take this country into a war, yet congressional leaders are silent. Yet the US is preparing to put more “boots on the ground” in Syria, and, apparently escalate the war from the air, no matter the costs borne by innocents. #USConstitution #StopArmingTerrorists
