Obama Opens NSA’s Vast Trove of Warrantless Data to Entire Intelligence Community, Just in Time for Trump

Jimmy Dore addressed this in his podcast. When he did, it dawned on me why Barack Obama may have done this. This is a hypothetical…

“Jimmy – Let me play devil’s advocate for a second.

Obama knows that false flags are real, particularly 9/11 and the Boston Bombing. US intelligence knew all about both sets of perps long before they struck, probably others as well, and they made Treasonous decisions not to stop them.
How can this be stopped?
If the entire intelligence community can see the raw data, then competing agencies can figure out what the others are up to. It becomes harder to hide covert ops on American soil, those aided and abetted by foreign governments like Saudi Arabia.
Could Obama have deliberately sought to empower the intelligence apparatus in order to prevent Trump from greenlighting the next 9/11? It now becomes considerably more difficult to hide one’s Treason.
Just throwing that out there. It’s a possibility.”

No longer very funny.

Given the turbulent arrival of Tyrannosaurus Trump, (little hands, enormous head), even his gullible legions had best take seriously what his ex-wife had to say:

Ivana Trump: Donald had a book of Hitler’s speeches
for light bedtime reading

Trump has now declared war on the press, his lackeys claim the right to their own “alternative facts” and that the White House Press Office can “disagree with the facts.”

He’s just taken steps to force construction of more oil pipelines, including on Native American lands, and is in favor of more coal. On that front he not only removed all references to civil rights and global warming from the White House website; he instituted an information blackout at the Environmental Protection Agency, censorship.

Shit is hitting the fan, and it’s been less than a week. His fascistic outbursts and gloating over some vague notion of more “law and order” do not bode well for a free society here any longer.

Trump is declaring war after war, step after step, and his wars are with the majority of Americans.

Fascism has come to Amerika. Deia Schlosberg was arrested filming the Dakota pipeline protests, and apparently we no longer have a 1st Amendment to the US Constitution.

Josh Fox:

This should send a chill down the spine of every documentary filmmaker and journalist. In my view, the North Dakota police are in violation of the First Amendment, charging a documentary filmmaker with conspiracy rather than viewing her as a reporter/journalist exercising her First Amendment right is unfair, unjust and illegal. We need a show of support right now for Deia’s immense courage and for the First Amendment.‎

Now here is the really bad news and this is why we need you to act right now. This afternoon she was escorted to the courthouse where she was charged with 3 Class A and C felony charges that carry 45 years maximum sentences combines. She has been charged with 2 Class A Felony Charges and 1 Class C Felony Charge; Conspiracy to theft of property, Conspiracy to theft of services, Conspiracy to tampering with or damaging a public service.

We now all know where it started.

Where does it end?

Robot killer use defended by Dallas police: ‘No other option but detonate where suspect was’

Really?

The robots used by the US police come from the US military under a Defense Department program. Law enforcement agencies across the country have Packbot robots made by Endeavor Robotics, the Talon from QinetiQ and the MARCbot made by Exponent, the model used in Dallas.

Federal Court: The Fourth Amendment Does Not Protect Your Home Computer

But the decision underscores a broader trend in these cases: courts across the country, faced with unfamiliar technology and unsympathetic defendants, are issuing decisions that threaten everyone’s rights.

People like this judge should be removed and sent into retirement immediately. They are not competent to decide such matters.
