Objective Analysis: Obama Versus Nixon

Barack Obama

George Washington’s Blog:

Top Constitutional Experts: Obama Is Worse than Nixon”

I found this quite funny originally, not because of any particular religious kookery on my part, but because on some levels it is quite appropriate to call out Obama’s evil. Even if the intent is completely different, the incident is an opportunity to talk about the realities.

Linn Washington Jr. wrote an article pretty close to what I would have written, had I been bothered:

The Real Obama?

“The evil inherent in Obama’s cavalier brush off of the “collateral damage” on innocents caused by drone assaults — including the killing of children — is what lawyers’ could term as prima facie evidence of evil whether or not one embraces those right-wing extremist labeling Obama the Anti-Christ.”

It’s also an opportunity to call out the History Channel, which has a stained record generally of bias and militarism. Their hit piece on the 9/11 cover-up was telling enough. Dishonest, skewed “history” is the norm there, and nobody should expect anything else. Perhaps this Obama/Satan flap will alert people as to whom is responsible for content there.

Did you even know?

Dear Joe:

So much has been said in recent months on the subject of gun violence, but in the midst of this heated debate, one obvious solution to rampant gun violence has often been downplayed or overlooked: ending drug prohibition.

Law Enforcement Against Prohibition’s speakers and supporters represent the full spectrum of opinions on the issue of gun control, but we agree on one point: reducing gun violence has little to do with either gun control or gun rights. It has everything to do with ending the “war on drugs.”

If we were to legalize and regulate all currently illicit drugs today, we would see a dramatic decrease in gun violence. Cartels and street dealers arm themselves with arsenals to protect their illegal investments and to settle disputes. This culture of using gun violence in settling disputes bleeds into society as a whole and is particularly detrimental to our impressionable youth. Under a system of legalized regulation, the black market drug trade would be a non issue, the resulting carnage would subside and the “gangster” culture would dissolve.

Help LEAP reduce gun violence by speaking out for a more rational, responsible drug policy. Stand with us in calling for an end to drug prohibition.

Thank you,

Major Neill Franklin (Ret.)
Executive Director

The Tenth Report of the Fukushima Prefecture Health Management Survey, released earlier this week, with data up to January 21, 2013, revealed that 44.2 percent of 94,975 children sampled had thyroid ultrasound abnormalities. The number of abnormalities has also been increasing over time as well as the proportion of children with nodules equal to and larger than 5.1 mm and any size cysts have increased. The report has also revealed that 10 of 186 eligible are suspected of having thyroid cancer as a result of the exposed radiation.

This is an interesting guerrilla journalism video, finding people who easily believe the sins of Romney, but are astounded to learn that these are Barack Obama’s actual policies.  The level of ignorance out there is frightening, and the responses to learning about the reality equally as frightening.  People blindly support the Democrat as the lesser of two evils without a second thought.  They are ignorant of third parties, and they are ignorant of ongoing criminal behavior by the US government.  This is what the wholesale collapse of democracy looks like.
