“We don’t have a basis, our lawyers tell us, unless we have a UN Security Council Resolution,  which the Russians can veto or the Chinese, or unless we are under attack, by the folks there, or unless we are invited in.

Russia is invited in by the legitimate regime–well it’s illegitimate in our mind–but by the regime. And so they were invited in and we’re not invited in. We’re flying in airspace there where they can turn on the air defense and we have a very different scene. The only reason they’re letting us fly is because we’re going after ISIL. If we were going after Assad, those air defenses, we’d have to take out all the air defenses, and we don’t have a legal justification, frankly for doing that, unless we stretch it way beyond the law, on a humanitarian basis. Which some people argue we should, by the way. But so far American legal theory has not gone into the so-called “right to protect.”

From the start it has appeared the Kiev junta had deliberately shot down the airliner in order to demonize their opponents, the Russian-backed separatists in the east, those who reject their violent coup of February 2014. Plenty of evidence suggests the coup regime deliberately cooked up this atrocity, and the most glaring piece of the puzzle is an apparent PSYOP, one which appears at the NY Times:

Kiev’s evidence of militia’s responsibility for airliner crash faked – expert

A detailed reading of what was “faked” sheds light on what actually happened. It also points at premeditation and cold blooded mass murder. The NY Times and western corporate press claim that these audio clips are:

“phone calls between rebels and Russian officers after the downing of Malaysia Airlines 17.
-NY Times

In fact audio analysis shows that the calls were not about MH-17 at all, but were recorded the previous day concerning the downing of an SU-25 fighter plane some 60 miles away…

“At the same time, the name of the town of Yenakiyevo is clearly heard in the tape. However, the town is located about 100 km (60 miles) from the settlement of Snezhnoye where the Malaysian Boeing-777 airliner crashed.

Bezler said the talk had really taken place but the he had talked about a Ukrainian attack aircraft shot down by the militia above Yenakiyevo a day before the Malaysian airliner crash.”
-Pravda

So in the case of Pravda vs. the New York Times the American public is obviously going to (mindlessly) side with the US propaganda organ and completely ignore the actual evidence: the recordings exist and are up for anyone to analyze. The US “intelligence community” (sic) has been conspicuously silent about this psyop.

I have called it a PSYOP because it was obviously used to confuse the rebels and broadcast to them so that they would believe this fabricated recording concerned MH-17. Rebels in the field were then interviewed with what seem to be incriminating statements. The rebels themselves fell for the PYSOP. However, the recording was never true in the first place. It concerned a different shoot down of a different plane!

Add to this the memorandum of understanding that the Dutch have signed with the Ukrainian coup regime–that the Nazi junta has veto power over releasing the final report to the public–and we have very suspicious circumstances indeed.

Judge ORDERS government to halt cooperation with US drone attacks in Pakistan tribal belt, and to go to UN Security Council.

UK Independent: A Pakistani court has declared that US drone strikes in the country’s tribal belt are illegal and has directed the government to move a resolution against the attacks in the United Nations.

Obama’s official state murder policies may be meeting some meaningful resistance.

Put that popcorn down. Halfway down the Reuters article we finally learn what’s really happening today to bring the world three steps closer to nuclear war:

THREATS AND WAR GAMES

North Korea’s threats were the latest in an escalating war of words by both sides across the armed Korean border this week.

The North’s unnamed foreign ministry spokesman said it would be entitled to take military action as of March 11 when U.S.-South Korea military drills move into a full-scale phase.

After years of “military exercises” in the disputed islands near the border of North and South Korea, the north has finally upped the ante. If you are incinerated by a wayward nuke next week, you may have wanted to ask Barack and company why it was so fucking important to provoke the N. Koreans and run military mock battles on their border?

TONY BLAIR ‘WARNED BY 27 LAWYERS IRAQ WAR WAS ILLEGAL’

Sir Michael Wood, the Foreign Office’s chief legal adviser at the time of the 2003 invasion

Wednesday January 27,2010
By David Pilditch

TONY Blair was warned two months before the invasion of Iraq that it would be illegal to go to war without UN backing, it was revealed yesterday.

Senior Government lawyers told the Iraq inquiry that they advised the action had “no legal basis in international law”.

Last night it was reported every one of the 27 lawyers in the department advised the war was illegal.
