Boston Bomber turned murderously against U.S. ‘because he felt betrayed’
  • McPhee told DailyMail.com that the CIA were ‘running Tamerlan’ while he was in Russia, and that the FBI were in charge of him when he returned to America

This has been a strong possibility from the start and has been written about here extensively.

US prosecutors shield ‘classified’ docs from Tsarnaev lawyers

This just in, from analystjournalblog:

I think in previous article you mentioned about media censorship in particular RT. They did cover the Graham Fuller connection http://rt.com/news/boston-bombing-persons-of-interest-545/ scroll down to the part that says missing link and they also covered the Georgia Seminars scandal (Izvestia article) http://rt.com/news/attended-acts-terror-seminars-329/

Well you know I’m going to post this right over to Abby Martin’s Facebook page.

Why isn’t it being covered on Breaking the Set?

Gotta love crowd-sourcing the news.

This is a key part of the Boston Bombing story that has been censored and mangled by US corporate news (aka “presstitutes”).  Only the UK Daily Mail is telling the truth here.  They are the only professional news media in the Western world that has covered the Graham Fuller / Ruslan Tsarnai connection.  They are also the source of this 2nd Russian warning, after Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s trip to Dagesatn in 2012, as recently as last November.

Don’t let this go down the Memory Hole.

US media repeats that mantra that there was one Russian warning back in 2011, that the FBI looked into.  This second contact is ignored.

Russia asked FBI to investigate bomber just 6 MONTHS ago after being spotted with ‘a militant’ on trip to Dagestan: Was it this known terrorist who Boston killer liked on YouTube?

Russian authorities contacted FBI in November with questions about Tamerlan Tsarnaev, police source said

  • It came after he was seen meeting with a person involved in militant Islamic underground movement in Dagestan
  • FBI never responded to the concerns, the source claimed
  • Tsarnaev’s mother said the FBI had trailed him for five years amid fears he was inspired by Russia’s Bin Laden

James Banford called the NSA the “puzzle palace,” but this moniker is just as fitting for CIA, perhaps more so.

Is the United Kingdom’s Daily Mail “off the reservation?”  They’ve been driven to pursue this Boston story in all its unbelievable twists, turns and connections.

UK DAILY MAIL:

“But it was becoming clearer today that the US was seeking to lure into treachery an FSB agent who had knowledge of Russian intelligence operations on suspected Boston terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who lived in America but had travelled to Dagastan where he was believed to have met Islamic extremists.”

Fogle apparently hinted at an initial payment of $100,000 followed up a salary of up to $1 million a year plus bonuses if the Russian intelligence official handed over secrets to the CIA.”

The [Russian Foreign] Ministry hit out at ‘provocative acts in the spirit of the Cold War’ and has ordered the expulsion of Fogle, arrested wearing a blond wig under his baseball cap…

A letter in Russian which Fogle carried suggests – if genuine – that the CIA hoped to reel in a big fish.

Addressed ‘Dear friend’, it states: ‘We are ready to offer you $100,000 [£65,000] and discuss your experience, expertise and co-operation, and the payment may go much higher if you are ready to answer certain questions.

‘For long-term co-operation we offer $1million [£650,000] per year.’

The recruit is instructed to use an internet cafe to ‘create a new Gmail mailbox which you will use only for staying in touch with us’.

Sounds a lot like the spam I get from the Director of the Bank of Burkina Faso!  Same letter writer?  We report.  You decide!

I’m collecting these articles for a later post to summarize what is known about the Boston Marathon bombing, which is looking a hell of a lot like some kind of false flag variant.

Boston Tragedy: Time for Reckoning
Andrei AKULOV

Doku Umarov is known as “Russia’s bin Laden” and is an internationally wanted Chechen terrorist leader.  He owns a website called the Kavkaz Center, that one of the alleged Boston Marathon bombers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev had subscribed to.

“On April 19 the Finnish Anti-Fascist Committee reported that the Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev subscribed to Kavkaz Center terrorist site. (1) The publication offers robust evidence to prove the fact.

…In 2011 the UN Security Council listed Doku Umarov as a terrorist. The organization he heads, the Emarat Kavkaz, was listed as a terrorist organization, associated with Al-Qaeda. The Kavkaz Center is its mouthpiece, described by Umarov himself as «the official information organ of the Emarat Kavkaz». In Finland the «Center» enjoys quite a comfortable standing being located in downtown Helsinki…”

“…Kavkaz Center has been operating for several years without any kind of reaction from the government or officials of Finland… “

kavkaz

The common theme with nations that tolerate Chechen terrorists on their soil, as Sibel Edmonds has pointed out, has been NATO, or close bilateral ties to the United States.  Finland is not quite a NATO member, but…

“NATO’s relations with Finland are conducted through the Partnership for Peace framework, which Finland joined in 1994. NATO and Finland actively cooperate on peace and security operations and have developed practical cooperation in many other areas, including education and training and the development of military capabilities.”
Nato’s own website

This is a consistent picture.  A picture of policy in action.

by Joe Giambrone

Russia’s intelligence service, the FSB, is working quite a bit harder and more competently to try and protect the American people than are the CIA and the FBI, combined.  This is not even an exaggeration.  FSB warned FBI of Tamerlan Tsarnaev in 2011 and then again after his return to the US in 2012.  It showed evidence that he had met a radical Islamist militant leader six times while in Russia.

FBI, on the other hand, told America it had never heard of Tamerlan Tsarnaev before, a clear lie, since they had interviewed him and his family, now admitted.  CIA had Tamerlan added to the TIDE watch list system, but for some inexplicable reason he wasn’t automatically “flagged” on his return to the United States.  Hmmm.  How could that be?

What is emerging here is the picture of manipulation behind the scenes.  There is something very wrong about this bombing case, so wrong that it demands immediate takeover by a non-compromised body to investigate criminal wrongdoing inside the US government itself – or is that an impossibility?  No one ever breaks the law or compromises security in the government?  The media would have us believe that the government is only capable of making “mistakes” and “missteps” and committing “incompetence.”  Nonsense.  Where’s Frank Church when you need him?

One hell of a monkey wrench has dropped into the case of the brothers Tsarnaev.  Uncle Ruslan, famous for calling them “losers” repeatedly, has very close ties to the CIA.  How close?  Uncle Ruslan was married to the daughter of a top CIA official, one Graham E. Fuller.

Who is Graham E. Fuller?

If this isn’t followed up by the media, then we are already living in Orwell’s worst nightmare.  Mr. Fuller wrote the “think piece” that inspired the Iran/Contra incident!  He was station chief in Kabul, Afghanistan.  He is an expert on “Islamic extremism” and writes books about the future of “Political Islam.”  Mr. Fuller was a CIA heavyweight, and has a familial relationship with Ruslan Tsarni/Tsarnaev, the frothing uncle of the two alleged Boston Marathon bombers.

Who is Ruslan then?

The curious CIA smoking gun comes in 1995, when uncle Ruslan establishes a front group called the “Congress of Chechen International Organization.”  The address listed for this organization is … Graham E. Fuller’s home address!  This stuff is too obvious to even work in a Hollywood B movie plot.  Several years after this time Chechnya explodes into Islamic separatist Jihad against the Russians, with massive loss of life.

Ruslan is also into oil, that being Kasakhstan’s oil.  The brother’s uncle is a “well-connected oil executive who at one point worked for a Halliburton shell company used as a front to obtain oil contracts from the Kazakh State.”  Daniel Hopsicker’s explosive investigation casts the uncle in a new light, even linking Ruslan to a $6Bn fraud and money laundering scheme.  Does he sound credible now?

So what the hell is going on here?

Israeli intelligence outfit DebkaFile called it before anyone had this information.  Israeli analysts said: Tsarnaev brothers were double agents who decoyed US.

“The Tsarnaevs’ recruitment by US intelligence as penetration agents against terrorist networks in southern Russia explains some otherwise baffling features of the event…”

Unsaid by Debkafile was the obvious family tie to CIA, which the Israelis must surely have known but did not reveal.  Also unmentioned were the presence of military contractors at the marathon, which remains the biggest mystery yet.

Independent journalist David Lindorff tried to get some simple answers to some simple questions about the black jacketed, black backpack wearing, khaki pants and boots operatives at the finish line of the 2013 Boston Marathon.  The runaround and stonewalling he faced came straight out of Terry Gilliam’s Brazil.  There are no answers, not a one.  No one in government, nor at the company, will even acknowledge that they were there despite appearing in myriad photos and videos from the bombing and aftermath.

UPDATE:

“Apparently the men in photos were National Guard CST Civil Support Team, but this is not confirmed by the government. This government has no obligation to respond to the people’s requests for information. Likely this stonewalling by government is a tactic to INCREASE CONFUSION about this event and ensure that MISINFORMATION spreads. Why would the government want to increase the misinformation out there concerning what happened in Boston? As I said, it’s a tactic.”

Curiously, they were seen conversing with an FBI bomb squad person immediately after the blasts, leading to some speculation of a relationship between the contractors and the FBI.

Of course we know that military contractors, in this case Craft International, also work with and for the CIA.  That’s the defining characteristic of mercenaries: they work for whichever agency or entity is paying them.  Mercenary contractors can remain secret, also, and beyond the oversight of curious, pesky congressmen.  So far efforts to establish this chain of employment have been blocked by a secretive government that will not answer questions about it.

The CIA’s use of Islamic radical extremists around the world is in dire need of exposure.  The US government has helped radical terrorists take over Libya and is now supporting a brutal terror campaign in Syria.  These violent extremist movements are similar in character to the war in Chechnya and to Afghanistan in the 1980s.   Did this penchant for allying with fundamentalist zealots contribute to the FBI being called off the trail of the Tsarnaev brothers?  Were they, or at least Tamerlan, seen as useful puppets to carry out actions against the Russian state in Chechnya, Dagestan or elsewhere?

Even more sinister, we must face the possibility that these brothers were under tight surveillance and that their plans to bomb the marathon were known beforehand.

And that they were allowed to proceed exactly as they did.

Some speculate that the brothers were patsies and that the attacks were carried out by individuals in the Craft International operation.  As we are not shown any definitive proof of who placed the bombs, by the government, this question is unanswerable at present.  All we have are the claims of organizations that are already exposed for lying and for criminal negligence.

Faith in leaders is no way to run a nation.

UPDATE:

This National Guard CST development brings up more questions than it answers.

  • Why was the National Guard Civil Support Team looking for a Weapon of Mass Destruction at the Boston Marathon finish line, if there were no warnings about such a thing?
  • And what the hell good are they?
  • And where are the bomb sniffing dogs?
  • Were the bomb sniffing dogs finished with the “exercise” at the time of the actual bombings?
  • Was that the “exercise?”
  • Did US intelligence, such as CIA know about the Boston Marathon security procedures and specifically the time frame of bomb sniffing dogs at the finish line of the race?

Daniel Hopsicker calls out Associated Press as “conspiracy theorists”  —

Was I duped by these latest so called revelations about “Misha”?

Damn, this is frustrating.  No one has ever heard of Misha, and he may be an invention of CIA-connected Uncle Ruslan.  The other family members started mentioning the Misha enigma after Uncle Spook broke the story.

MAJOR UPDATE!
“MISHA” may be a HOAX, a red-herring, the creation of the Tsarnaev brother’s uncle Ruslan
Ruslan Tsarni / Tsarnaev is CIA: MUST READ

The Mayor of Boston was quick on the draw last Sunday morning, telling the world that the two Tsarnaev brothers acted alone to bomb the marathon.

So who’s this clown?

A Bald, Red-Bearded Exorcist Named Misha May Have Radicalized Tamerlan Tsarnaev

“According to reports by the AP and Daily Mail, family members point the finger at a man identified only as Misha, a friend whom Tamerlan knew through a local mosque. Misha is described as a bald, red-bearded, 30-year-old Armenian convert to Islam who “claimed to be an exorcist who is fighting with demons.”

Is Mr. Misha an undercover FBI informant?  Or does he work for some other entity, even better for deniability?  Why was the FBI so quick to have the Boston Mayor give the story of the two brothers working without others before they could possibly know such a thing?

In a real democratic republic the press would be asking these questions day and night and not settling for bullshit like David Lindorff ran into.

FBI never heard of these guys?
They desperately need the public’s help to identify them?

THEY WERE ON TWO DIFFERENT GOVERNMENT WATCH LISTS!

“The upshot of the American inquiries into Mr. Tsarnaev’s background was that even though he was found to have no connections to extremist groups, his name was entered into two different United States government watch lists in late 2011 that were designed to alert the authorities if he traveled overseas.

The picture emerging Wednesday was of a counterterrorism bureaucracy that had at least four contacts with Russian spy services about Mr. Tsarnaev in the year before he took a six-month trip to Russia in 2012, but never found reason to investigate him further after he returned, or at any time before last week’s attacks in Boston that killed 3 people and injured more than 260.”

PS.

Oh this is rich:

“When Mr. Tsarnaev returned in July, the travel alert “was more than a year old and had expired,” Ms. Napolitano said.”

So, the public is to believe that if a guy doesn’t blow some shit up within a year that proves he’s A-OK?  This is the great Homeland Security Industrial Military Complex?  What sort of an IQ would one have to have to accept this crap at face value?

We’re in a perpetual war on terror.  We torture and cover it up.  We invade nations left and right.  We drone bomb whomever we please.  But — we can only really “watch” a suspicious terror suspect for a year and then it “expires.”

The storytellers should be arrested for incompetence, at the least.  Such shit couldn’t even pass on late night TV plots.

It’s just bombshell after bombshell (no pun intended):

“A police official source in Makhachkala, Dagestan, told NBC News on Sunday that the Russian internal security service reached out to the FBI last November [2012] with some questions about Tamerlan, and handed over a copy of case file on him.

Tsarnaev had first popped up on the local police radar in Dagestan last summer, the source said. During routine surveillance of an individual known to be involved in the militant Islamic underground movement, the police witnessed Tamerlan meet the latter at a Salafi mosque in Makhachkala, the police official said.

It was one of six times in total that surveillance officials witnessed Tsarnaev meeting this militant at the same mosque, according to the police official.

The militant contact later disappeared, the police official said, but so did Tsarnaev before investigators had a chance to speak with him. The FBI never responded, according to the Dagestani police official.”

You think?

reaganandmujahideen1“Freedom Fighters”

The Boston Marathon bombings are going to be covered up and obfuscated such that we may never know the truth.  That’s a hell of lot like the 9/11 attacks, come to think of it, and similarities are real.  It should be glaringly obvious by now to anyone who’s looked at the anomalies that there is something rotten in Boston, and that the FBI’s incompetence defense – after being directly warned about Tamerlan Tsarnaev by the Russian government – doesn’t pass the laugh test.

Unfortunately 90%+ of Americans have no idea whatsoever what their government actually does around the world, and with whom.  In a “democracy” that’s a recipe for disaster, and perhaps the collapse of US democracy is a foregone conclusion.  Americans are notably not taught modern history in their secondary educations.  They are therefore at the mercy of the corporate media for the most part to form their views about the world outside US borders.  To say that corporate media is censored is an understatement, which can easily be bolstered by a quick click over to the Project Censored website.

Several quasi-official “stories” are now emerging regarding the two Chechen brothers accused of bombing the 2013 Boston Marathon.  The first is the simplistic one-dimensional they hate America because of radicalization story.  That is what half the population or more will be satisfied with.  The second tale is that the two brothers were CIA assets permitted to go back to Dagestan and Chechnya in order to spy on their Islamic brothers and perhaps funnel (Saudi) money and arms to them for the purpose of destabilizing these provinces of Russia.  The two assets allegedly then went off the reservation and tricked their US handlers in order to blow up a few Americans.  This second story is useful to tell low-level government people who know more about the case than the average rube.  For all we know, it could be true, except for the other anomalies surrounding the Boston bombing itself.

While version two is within the realm of the plausible (version one isn’t), it seems far more likely that these marathon bombing plans were known to some US authorities beforehand, and that they failed to stop these perpetrators, possibly by choice.

It is inconceivable to US general audiences that their own high level protectors might not act in their interests at all times, but it is certainly not without precedent.  Anyone who has stumbled across Operation Northwoods or Operation Gladio and the “Strategy of Tension” knows how US warmongers think.  By the way, you are not allowed to talk about these matters on corporate media, so no TV, no commercial radio, and a whole lot of so-called “alternative” website editors don’t want to hear about this material either.  But seeing how the world is now in the perpetual grip of the “strategy of tension,” particularly since 9/11, this understanding is vital.

My opening sentence, ‘we may never know the truth’ also happens to be the determination of the Israeli intelligence website Debkafile.

“Our intelligence sources say that we may never know more than we do today about the Boston terrorist outrage which shook America – and most strikingly, Washington – this week. We may not have the full story of when and how the Chechen brothers were recruited by US intelligence as penetration agents – any more than we have got to the bottom of tales of other American double agents who turned coat and bit their recruiters.”

This Israeli assessment flows logically from Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s odd treatment by FBI and his recent trips to Dagestan and Chechnya. Possibly related is if Tamerlan was working undercover for FBI here in the US, as are nearly 15,000 paid informants:

“The [FBI] has developed a network of nearly 15,000 spies to infiltrate various communities in an attempt to uncover terrorist plots. However, these moles are actually assisting and encouraging people to commit crimes. Many informants receive cash rewards of up to $100,000 per case.”
Project Censored

According to a British report from TV Channel 4 Tamerlan Tsarnaev was phoned by the FBI after the bombings yet before he was named publicly as an official suspect, according to his father.

“That’s your problem.”

What stands out as shocking is Tamerlan’s alleged response to this FBI phone call, as relayed to his mother and then to his father.

“Mr Tsarnaev [father] was speaking by telephone to Channel 4 News filmmaker Nick Sturdee, who is in Makhachkala, Dagestan. The father said Tamerlan contacted his mother, Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, two or three days after the bombing.  Tamerlan told her the FBI had just rung him and accused him of being behind the attacks, and that he had responded by saying ‘that’s your problem’, Mr Tsarnaev claims.”

If true, then what accounts for Tamerlan’s tip off by the FBI, and even more odd, his cocky Hollywood response to the FBI: “That’s your problem?”  Certainly the idea that Tamerlan was “on the payroll” jumps immediately to mind.  If Tamerlan was working undercover for FBI, then this may go a ways to explain why he wasn’t worried about being named (wrong as he was in his assessment).

Former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds has also been following the Boston stories as they emerge.  In a fascinating talk on RT, Sibel reiterates what is known about those so-called “friends” of Chechnya, the neocon DC lobbyists:

“There is a Chechen lobby group … established by … James Woolsey … the former CIA director … Bruce Jackson, former military intelligence officer and then later the president of US Committee on NATO.  You’re looking at Frank Gaffney  You’re looking at Richard Perle, the infamous Richard Perle. People like Michael Ledeen, you look at – this is not even a nation.  This is Russian territory.”

Former FBI attorney Coleen Rowley has also written on these neocons who front for Chechen independence in DC.

“Author John Laughland wrote: ‘the leading group which pleads the Chechen cause is the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (ACPC). The list of the self-styled ‘distinguished Americans’ who are its members is a roll call of the most prominent neoconservatives who so enthusiastically support the ‘war on terror.’”

Rowley cites a 2004 Guardian article that revealed more of the machinations to destabilize Russia, “The Chechens’ American friends: The Washington neocons’ commitment to the war on terror evaporates in Chechnya, whose cause they have made their own.

Sibel Edmonds was a translator at the FBI, who volunteered to help after the horrific 9/11 attacks.  What she saw there, however, opened her eyes and made her a dangerous liability to US intelligence operations in the Caucuses and Middle East.  Sibel says:

“We, the American government, through our military, CIA operations, military operations, we have been creating, arming, training, directing various factions within the region, Central Asia and Caucuses and that includes the area Chechnya and Dagestan.  A lot of weapons that gets to be shipped to Turkey, it is shipped there with the intention, they call it ‘false end user certificate’.  The recipient may appear as ‘Turkey’, but actually the weapons are smuggled and taken to the rebels in Chechnya, other rebel Islamic factions within the central Asia…”

US support for Islamic radical factions stems at least back to 1979, when the Afghan Mujahadeen was armed, trained and funded to destabilize Afghanistan, a Soviet ally.  When the Soviets entered to assist the besieged Afghan government, the US undertook a massive intelligence operation called Operation Cyclone to recruit radical Islamic Jihadis from all over the Muslim world.  Using US and gulf oil state money and Pakistani covert intelligence assistance this operation succeeded.  It is still “succeeding” today, depending upon one’s perspective.

The question that America’s corporate mind management isn’t allowed to ask is:

How do the Tsarnaev brothers really fit into this foreign policy game?

P.S.

“USA USA USA!”
