The archived webpage captured February 25, 2022 from 14:53 shows that NED granted $22,394,281 in the form of 334 awards to Ukraine between 2014 to the present. The capture at 23:10 the same day shows “No results found” for Ukraine. As of right now, there are still “No results found” for Ukraine.

America’s National Defense Is Really Offense

One of the most bizarre aspects of the report is its breathtaking assumption that “competitors” should be subjected to a potential military response if it is determined that they are in conflict with the strategic goals of the U.S. government. It is far removed from the old-fashioned Constitutional concept that one has armed forces to defend the country against an actual threat involving an attack by hostile forces and instead embraces preventive war, which is clearly an excuse for serial interventions overseas.

Some of the remarks by Mattis relate to China and Russia.  He said that “We face growing threats from revisionist powers as different as China and Russia, nations that seek to create a world consistent with their authoritarian models – pursuing veto authority over other nations’ economic, diplomatic and security decisions.” There is, however, no evidence that either country is exporting “authoritarian models,” nor are they vetoing anything that they do not perceive as direct and immediate threats frequently orchestrated by Washington, which is intervening in local quarrels thousands of miles away from the U.S. borders. And when it comes to exporting models, who does it more persistently than Washington?

The report goes on to state that Russia and China and rogue regimes like Iran have “…increased efforts short of armed conflict by expanding coercion to new fronts, violating principle of sovereignty, exploiting ambiguity, and deliberately blurring the lines between civil and military goals.” As confusing civil and military is what the United States itself has been doing in Libya, Iraq and, currently, Syria, the allegation might be considered ironic.

This is the real problem in the world today: unaccountable emperors who dump weapons and money onto their pet terrorists without threat of being arrested and punished. Their “allies” do most of the dirty work, and that leads to entities like ISIS. This is the greatest source of conflict in the world today. And it has purpose, strategy, although most people simply don’t understand what’s happening and are unqualified to form opinions about it–including a number of so-called “intellectuals” in academia.

Three years and 160,000 dead later Obama decides to start dumping BILLIONS in more weapons on the Syrian insurgents.  The great peacemaker is just getting ramped up.  His Jihadi allies, armed through Saudi, Qatar Turkey and Libya have failed  (good), and so the US has thrown the pretense of law and treaties straight out the window.

Humanitarian.  Right. Like those humanitarian nerve gas bombs Al Nusra was using in its false flag attacks last year.  We’re all about humanitarianism while ramping up a bloody civil war so that Washington gets its way and topples a Russian ally on the Mediterranean.

Obama waives ban on arming terrorists to allow aid to Syrian opposition

The president, citing his authority under the Arms Export Control Act, announced today that he would “waive the prohibitions in sections 40 and 40A of the AECA related to such a transaction.”

Those two sections prohibit sending weaponry to countries described in section 40(d): “The prohibitions contained in this section apply with respect to a country if the Secretary of State determines that the government of that country has repeatedly provided support for acts of international terrorism,” Congress stated in the Arms Control Export Act.

Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., and Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., endorsed providing military assistance to the Syrian opposition during an appearance on CBS’ “Face the Nation” Sunday.

“Our intelligence agencies, I think, have a very good handle on who to support and who not to support,” Corker said. “And there’s going to be mistakes. We understand some people are going to get arms that should not be getting arms.

“Mistakes” is what they call it when they intentionally arm Al Qaeda.

The fraud on terror ended today with this admission that they can and will (and of course already have) give “material support” to terrorist psychopaths.  Welcome to the New World Order.   You ignorant fucktards owe the diligent citizens quite a bit of apology.
